Appellate Briefs

A significant part of the practice is dedicated to working as a Pool Attorney for the Law Guardian Appellate Division. In this capacity, Lisa prepares numerous appellate briefs on behalf of children in abuse and neglect, and parental rights termination cases. She has appeared before the Appellate Division many times and has assisted in the preparation of briefs and oral arguments before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
